I had Geek squad help and solve the problem.

On settings they changed DNS to be DHCP

It is fine now.

    I’m having no problem connecting to the Amazon website. If your running adblocker software make sure it’s not blocking the website. Also try cleaning your cookies for the browser you are using. You can also try a different browser and a reboot of the computer.
