My Electronic Bill Payment system is not working on this computer. I can log in and look at my payee but not my payments.
Old computer works fine, is webroot stopping my page.

In what way are you prevented from looking at your payments? I presume that you are using a web browsers? So which one is this happening with...and have you tried using an alternative browser to see if it could be browswer-related?
