Hi all, I am trying to login to the webroot console and logged in as administrator. When I login with email address and password I get a page back which states, LOGGED OUT. I just got on the computer so I don't know why this is happening. I've been using this product for several months, make sure I do scans and other maintenance utilities and updates. Also the other thing I can't seem to do is have the product generate a secure password. Thank you

Hi ospy55
Welcome to the Community Forums.
In terms of your issue logging in I would Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to look at this issue, as I have never come acorss it before and cannot reproduce it.
EDIT: Is the message you see the following?:
"Error (UCXS511): Your account has been logged out."
If so then please look at this Knowledge Base Article for a possible solution.
In terms of the secure password generation that can be achieved from the Password Manager dropdown accessed from the browser toolbar icon...but only the Internet Security Plus & Compllete versions have this feature. If you are using the version then you do not have it.
Regards, Baldrick
