I was talking another tech,and he found after giving me laptop a tuneup that in the registry it showed 3 malware files infected.Maybe its true,or maybe it false,but,how do you scan all your registry files?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As far as I am aware there is no need to scan the whole of the Registry for malware...just specific areas (not all areas of the Registry can play meaningful host to malware), and as a result most AM apps will cover these areas in their scans...some will do it better than others...and that is where the debate starts...as to which one is most effective.
