I have a disc to reload my renewal. It does not run. on either of my machines. The download from the web site does not work either.

If this doesn’t help please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you sort it out.

I am using window 10 on both machines. After  I open .exe, it does not give me the screen to save. It gives me the Webroot green screen


That tells me that you already have Webroot installed. Can you post a screenshot?

 

Also you don’t need the Disc as you can always download the latest version for PC from this link: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe

That looks normal and installed but it says expired and I wonder why it’s still green as it should be Brown or Red when expired?? So what’s the issue except it could be expired?

The renewal will happen when you take the key code you acquired and place it under “my account” on the right hand side of that screen.

Let me know if that works.


It did not. My key code is the same as in “my account”. It will not let me click in the box.

Well, it is me again. I was able to put my key code in, and a box came up that it was verified/ I rebooted my pc and when i click on Webroot, the screen says subscription expired. getting frustrating.


And again.I have this loaded on another pc, and webroot won’t come up
