Thank you for your welcome JP. I've got aces more details as I've since been in contact with a BT GURU regarding my current problem.So in a nutshell there's nothing wrong with any of my BT equipment. Lines fine,I'm not using too much kit for the line to handle and BT have not closed anything down due to security.She stated that it must be my iPhone and that I should make an appointment with the local Apple shop.Still doesn't explain anything to me as regard the strange Amazon item on my laptop and still doesn't explain how I get my bt emails on my laptop but get nothing on my phone.Im sure I'm setting it up correctly for my iPhone.Im now at the stage where I want to SCREAM AND TUG MY HAIR OUT IN UTTER FRUSTRATION
