Somehow got a “track.package.ext” on my laptop which appears to be connected with my Gmail/Google account. Webroot scans are not recognizing it as malware. How can I get rid of it? Have already deleted extensions related to it under internet properties on google, but it keeps coming up w/pop-up ads---extremely annoying.

Hello @mannfried and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

I can’t find any info on that so the best thing to do is Submit a Support Ticket and tell them what’s going on and they will help you sort it out.

Thanks,
