Are there any foreign addresses trying to hack into my computer right now?

Hi kmmorris43
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am afraid that we are not in a position to advise on this directly as we have no access to your system. If you could provide some additional information as to why you think that this may be the case then we can look to make an informed response.
But if you are really concerned then I would immediately Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know so that they can look to investigate and either reassure you or take appropriate action to remedy the situation.

This sounds like a tech support scammer running netstat and using the term "foreign address" as a scare tactic to convince you that you are being hacked. The foreign addresses are actually normal network traffic.
