Hello I have purchase the webroot cd but loss the key code what do I do?

Did the CD come in a CD case or in any other packing?  If so have you checked that carefully on the packaging or for a slip or card that displays a code that looks something like this:
 
AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEE
 
where the A, B, C, D or Es can be a mix of characters and number?
 
Also, I do not know if you have the Best Buy store chain in Jamaica, but if you do did you perchance purchase the software from there?
 
I await your responses to see how best we proceed.
