hi ..my galaxy notecan't unlock, because I do not know the password.
when I bought it, I do not know anything about webroot in my galaxy. I've tried to open it via the "forgot you password" link as suggested, but still can't unlock.

When you tried to open it by the "forgot your password" link, did you receive a password help email? You might try logging into your Console on a PC and use the "Can't Log In" link there. You will need to provide your account email address and answer the security question. After following those steps, you should receive an email that you can use to reset the lost password. As long as the password you used for the Webroot application on your phone is the same password you used for your online account, this should help unlock the phone.
