Just trying to figure this out - starting today.
My desktop has some kind of keyboard tracker in it, and I'm vulnerable. Hoping this helps, but it's not gone yet.

Service Ticket
If you know of the exact file you can help out the Webroot team by submitting a report.
You can do so by double clicking the webroot icon in your taskbar. Then click the gear icon to the right of Utilities. Then under the reports tab there is a button to Submit a file.
There are also a lot of other great utilities if you know what process is affecting you. Under the utilities tab there is a Control active process and Safestart Sandbox that might help.
