Hi All,

 

We have detected a malware (DOC001.exe) on our network and even though we do a scan, removal, and re-scan via Webroot, the malware still gets detected after re-scanning and the cycle continues. 

 

I’m looking for a permanent fix or removal of this malware and would be grateful for any suggestions or recommendations
