Welcome elk319.to the Community Forum,
Would you have a look here at this User Guide at Active Connections. http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4c_ManagingActiveConnections.htm
Let us know if this helps or not and we can check other avenues!

Hi elk319
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Quick question if I may; if it just the connectivity to the printer that is an issue or are you having similar problems with other wireless devices connecitng to your router?
If not, and it seems to be just the printer, I would (assuming that yo are using Windows) open Devices & Printers, from the Start Menu, locate the printer in question, and if it is visible then right click on the icon and select 'Troubleshoot' and then follow the instruction as provided by the MS troubleshooter that will run. That should identify any issues with connectivity, attempt to repair them and re-establish connectivity.
If the printer in question is NOT visible in Devices & Printers I would try unistalling the printer and reinstalling it again to see if that resolves the issue for you.
Please post back to let us know where you are at with the problem, if and when you try the above.
Regards, Baldrick
