I just renewed my subscription to Webroot and now it says my subscription has expired. Please help me. I just spent $55.00 and it won't load.

In terms of your renewal; did you get time added to your existing keycode, i.e., you did NOT get a new keycode, or did you purchase a new subscription and got a NEW keycode given to you?
The above can make all the difference, unfortunately.
Also, can you advise by what you mean precisely when you say 'it won't load'? What exactly are you trying to load and from where?
