I'm having a hard time trying to scan my MacBook

"Scan failed. SecrueAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information." 
I clicked restart like the directions told me to and this did not help.  
What should I do now?

Please follow these instructions here in this thread by @ to uninstall/reinstall Webroot. This should fix all your issues.
