I'm here thanks to an unknown person Thanks & kudos

Joined on Monday. Never received the email to confirm so could not post.  FInally some one on the phone in Sales said he would contact someone that might help and they would be in touch. That was yesterday afternoon. This morning I started what was becoming a daily ritual to ask for email resend when I saw the screen had changed. It said my email address had been verified.  To whomever made this happen - Thank you very much.
I think all problems have been solved by telephone technical support but it's good to know if I do have a question I can post here for help. Thanks again.
