Is my 3 year old copy of Webroot Secure Anywhere still good? It was never installed.

Bought a new PC at Best Buy 3 years ago. Never set it up until a few days ago. Will the copy of Webroot that they gave me still work...with updates, of course?

If it's from Best Buy, then the license was likely activated at the point of sale. Chances are it's expired, although I'm more than willing to check. Send me a private message with your keycode and I will look it up for you.

Hello @gralady Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. ☺️

My understanding of Best Buy's version of Webroot is that the subscription starts once you buy it from Best Buy. Being over 3 years I would think that your subscription has already expired. Maybe @LLiddell our Forum Administrator could shed some light on this by looking up your keycode. You can also submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support

HTH,
Dave.
