is "secure N support" a scam?

Hi OBIWON1995
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Whilst there is nothing hard and fast that points to the site /company specifically, unlike some we hear about here, I would advise that you steer well clear as from what I can see their sit is not very well rated by Webroot's Web Reputation Team which gives them a 'Suspicious' which carries the description of "These are suspicious sites. There is a higher than average probability that the user will be exposed to malicious links or payloads".
The fact that questions are asked is enough for me to suggest that at best they should be treated with caution and at worst avoided.
Hope that helps?

I am going to go one farther: I would say it is with certainty to be a scam.
The website claims to have 5+ years experience, yet the website was registered less than 30 days ago.
Stay away, far far away, from this one.

Hi David
Take your point but it could be that whilst they have been in business for a number of years the web site is new...which might explain the discrepency you have highlighted. Always difficult when it comes to basing it on web site-related data...I have checked and there does not seem to be any negative comments anywhere but as you say...better to be safe and avoid.

? I have other reasons: The scrolling customer reviews, each has a differenct pic but the same name. There are some 'poor grammar' or phrasing issues, and a few other things. The total 'feel' of the page screams scam at me.
Here are a few examples I can find within moments, I am sure a careful picking over the page will find quite a few more.
"Are you puzzle on how to function your smartphone?"
"Old or new computer, let us handle all the technical glitches your products encounter with"
"Every Time you call a Diagnostic will done and error will be fixed and report will be shared with you."
🙂

Oh, yes, David...I spotted that and would agree with you...but I have seen that on some other sites that have a good reputation with the punters...but as you said earlier, better to be safe than sorry and avoid if there is ANY doubt. :D
