Welcome to the Webroot Community,

 

While WSA is designed to be compatible with other AV's, the problem is that the other AV's installers are NOT aware of this. You will need to install the other AV first because TM might give you an incompatible message otherwise.

 

Simply try the following, if necessary and if that does not work then please submit a Trouble Ticket for assistance.

 

 

• Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  
• Install the other AV
  
• Reboot
  
• Install WSA using a fresh download.  THIS ONE for the standard PC version or THIS ONE for Best Buy subscribers. enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  
• Let it finish it's install scan
  
• Reboot once again

 

See if this works, and let us know if it does.  So far we have not seen any problems with TM  when things are installed in this order.
