I pay for Webroot Secure Anywhere. Is that something different? The old password still works for "Secure Anywhere."

    Have been very curious about this. Many problems signing in with new Samsung Note 9. Program seems to recognize I have the phone but can't find it. Will try to sign in with new password.

    I will have to migrate to a different user protection service if I can't get
    webroot to work on my macOS computer. Your instructions are not easy for this 84 yr. old to use! JK
