Issue removing webroot

We are trying to remove Webroot temporarily to troubleshoot a printer driver.

 

I am unable to remove Webroot from Programs as it says its managed via the console. I have removed the said PC from the console on the 19th and its still not removed the program from the PC.

 

Is there a way to force uninstall the program?

Try again in Safe Mode with Networking and that should do it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
