Just changed from one internet provider to another. Could this be why my printer wifi is not working

Yes it could be if you use the printer via Wi-Fi as it would be a different Router wouldn't it? Maybe some other users with Wi-Fi printers will drop by and give you some other advice!

I believe you will need to uninstall your printer and reinstall the software and reconfigure your Wifi depending on what printer you have, 
 
Some printers will let you reset  the Wifi password connection. Can I ask what kind of Printer you have so I can look up the information for you in resetting your Wifi for your printer?
