Hi, chaps. I haven't been able to find a solution to this so thought I'd try the community. I've been getting Webroot application alerts for the past few weeks on my Lenovo Yoga 3 10 tablet saying the "device is in a critical state". The problem is identified as User Experience com.lenovo.newue.service. Webroot cannot remove it. Others on the net have said this is part of the Lenovo firmware and could be a false positive. Malwarebytes does not identify it as a problem. I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts on this one.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

For things like this it's best to Submit a Support Ticket and they can tell you what's going on as it could be a False Postive or something that needs to be white-listed?

Thanks,
