My password save options does not appear when I click on the top menu bar Webroot icon.
I have initiated the Password Protection function on the Webroot website, but nothing happens when I open a webpage, click on the webroot icon, and sign on with my password for that site. Any advise?

I am afraid I am not understanding what the issue is here. Would you be able to provide some additional information in relation to it.
But just on the off chance that it relates to how to use the Password Toolbar, etc., then please see this page of the Online Help Text, on this subject.
