Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me.  Some weird things have been happening to one of our kids school computers.

1. nightly a window of our files pops up even when it is sleeping
2. one time an inappropriate pop up popped up
3. everytime i log on to the computer 2 edge windows pop up automatically.

Web root does not show any viruses on the computer.  All windows updates have been installed.
