as the subject states, im not really new to the community. i have been a WSA user for years and had a community account open before, but lost my password. everytime i tried to reset my password i would get the error You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. its a bummer that i have not been able to log into my other account, because i was a part of the pc beta group.

Best approach here is for you to Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to look into this for you.
