Performance degrading programs
In the report after scan, it said I had programs running that could degrade performance. How can I tell which programs they are? This PC is new so it only has factor software currently.

If yo are not experiencing any degradation in performance compared to what you are used to/expect then I would not be overly concerned. This is especially the case if you are referring to such information from the installation scan. I have experienced the same, monitored the system for a few days and could discern no noticeable change or issue.
I therefore suggest that you do the same and if after a couple of days of normal use you still believe that performance is not what it should be then post back, and let us know.
