After downloading the software and restarting my computer I now have a box that pops up that says RunDLL- There was a problem starting. The specified module could not be found. How do I get rid of that box that pops up each time I turn on my computer?

Hello @ ,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Can you please provide the full text of the error message that you are seeing?
This issue was likely caused by Webroot removing a pre-existing threat on the system. While the threat is now gone, it is probably still attempting to run at startup, resulting in the error you are seeing.
I would advise contacting our support team at 1-866-612-4227 or by our ticketing system here.

That would definitely be the best thing to do as they can remote right into the computer, take a look at the error and the cause of it, and then resolve it for you free of charge.
Please do not hesitate to update me if everything is resolved for you by our support team or if you have any other questions or concerns.
Best Regards,
Problem resolved by phone. Thanks.
