purchased the subscription, but won't activate

Would you please advise/provide further information on the issue? Is WSA installed but just not activated or are you having trouble installing/activating it...activation should take place as part of the installation process.
 
If installed you could try entering your keycode once more and trying to activate the installation, as follws:

If that works then great otherwise post back with further informaiton on the issue.
