I can’t uncheck “Read only” on any files. Was told it might be Webroot blocking it. Any thoughts?
Also I get the “Page not available your it administrator has limited access to some areas of this app” Message.
So any steps to fix the read only problem fail….

Are you on a work laptop/network? Sounds like you might have some limitations set on you by an employer. If that’s the case, I’d reach out to your system admin for assistance.
