I couldn’t find a way to uninstall the app I was trying to fix. I used the option for Webroot to delete the program. Now I’m not able to download the app to reinstall it.
I’m using Windows 10. The app is called Aimersoft DRM Media Converter.

Webroot is not an Uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller so using it to delete an item could have set a block to installing the app again so the best thing to do is contact support to see if they can sort it out for you.
