Says Expiring-I Go To Help Page Says Good Until Aug 2017
What Gives? I Get Notice Webroot Good For Another Year, Expiring August 2017. BUT, I'm getting notices of expiration in 2 Days! I Go Into Control And it Says It's Expired! HUH??? It Shows A Friends Name THEN That Added It For Me AND THAT Says Aug. 2017. ALL Screwed Up! I phone get no help.

I don't know if you renewed the same keycode or used a different keycode for renewing ("It shows a friends name"). Either way the best way to sort this is by Support so you will not lose anything on your account if your using Backup and Sync etc. Support will fix it on the back end.
