If it is directing you to the Google Play Store, that is most likely quite normal. The URL is https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/webroot-filtering-extensi/kjeghcllfecehndceplomkocgfbklffd
This is the same as the extensions for IE and Firefox, except that new security rules within Chrome require that extension files be hosted on Google Play. I do suggest that if this is what is being asked, you do go ahead and install the extension. This is an integral part of the online protection for WSA users as it blocks known bad web sites from loading into your browser.
