Could you please give us some additional information as to exactly what you are seeing or not seeing when you go to the login page of a website that you have stored credentials for?

 

Also, have you tried to access/check the password data by login into your online console (HERE)? If so what was the result?

 

EDIT: Have you by any chance recently renewed your subscription? And if so did you, as a result of that need to enter a new keycode?
