Can you check here to see if your mouse software is under Monitor: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C10_SystemControl/CH10b_ControllingProcesses.htm if it is set it to allow and that should do it. And can you tell me what OS the Tablet is running?
