What an earth has happened to Customer Support?

I raised a ticket back on 13 March and I am still waiting for a response.  It never used to be like this.

    @ptgeoff I don’t know and not to hear from them at all from March 13th. I will ping our Webroot Community Staff! @khumphrey  @freydrew
