webroot for kindle fire
Hi, my name is Lin, I am new here. Just downloaded the app for the kindle fire. Is it normal for the first scan to take such a long time? It has been over an hour and it is still not done scanning.

It all depends how much Data you have on it and of course Kindle Specifications. If it continues for another hour I would stop the scan and uninstall and reinstall the Webroot App and do another scan to see if that helps?

An hour is pretty extreme and unusual regardless of storage usage. Did this issue resolve itself on the subsequent scan attempt, or did it persist? Does it appear to be hung on a particular file?
