Hi! My name is Michelle D.  I am a Best Buy employee and know a lot about computers, but not enough to be on the Geek Squad.  Recently I received Remote Assistance on my DELL Inspiron Win 7 from a tech support agent at Microsoft, and they told me something about needing NETWORK SECURITY (as opposed to Internet Security such as Webroot, Norton, McAfee...etc)...and it would cost me somewhat to the tune of ---- get this --- $229+  So, I told him I all ready have Internet Security with Webroot  - which is like top of the line in security for your PC - and he told me that wouldn't work, that it's not the same thing....so What is Network Security, and what are the benefits over Internet security??
