I haven't been running backups on my laptop,as I don't have many files.What would be the simplest method for doing this?I'm Gil and I am a new member!

If you have the Complete version of Webroot, that gives you 25GB of data you can use as a backup:

If you don't, then I'd recommend using an online backup service such as BackBlaze:
https://www.backblaze.com/
The offer unlimited backup for just $5 a month - that's what I use on my computer at home and it has saved me from a hard drive crash that would have lost all my photos and data.
