Why does my computer have to sit for 1 day unprotected, when I renew?
The Tech's response....if you get a virus durring that time, we will remove it.
So then what...I have to reset all passowrds and hope my bank and cc infor were not stollen?

If yo subscription period expires the full protection accorded by WSA continues for 30 days after the date of expiry; a grace period if you will in which you have the time to consider and then renew if you so decide.
SO may I suggest that you decide quickly. ;)
