Why isn't there a renew/upgrage option when I click the webroot icon on my taskbar?

Why isn't there a renew/upgrage option when I click the webroot icon on my taskbar of my laptop? I finally found an option to renew on the top of Webroot Community page, but shouldn't I be able to get to that without going to Community?

    Please right click on Webroot in the taskbar and View Status/My Account?
