Hi, I am new to this group. I just returned to my laptop and 50+ new folders were displayed on the desktop. Also, there were additional folders in the dowload folder.
Thoughts/comments?

Can you send us screenshot of the folders, or let us know what they are called?
Also, you may want to submit a ticket to Webroot so they can analyze the issue and advise or come up with a solution to fix the issue you are seeing.
