With the Microsoft release of (KB5095093) Point-In-Time Restore has become available for General use.I was wondering has anyone tried a Point-In-Time Restore with Webroot Secure Anywhere running and if so did the Restore work?In the past I have had to disable Webroot Secure Anywhere when using Windows System Restore. 

I am running Windows 11 Pro 25H2  Build 26200.8655 and have seen several times in Windows Security under Device Security the message is “Your device does not meet the requirements for enhanced hardware security”.I checked all the Bios Settings and confirmed everything was set up correctly, Secure Boot, TPM etc.I also reset the Windows Security App including used PowerShell as an Administrator to refresh Windows Security App.I have uninstalled WSA and have been using / monitoring the system for several hours and Windows Security reports everything is fine. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed similar behaviour with Webroot and Windows 11 please?

The computer and laptop keyboards are hanging, and the device needs to be restarted to log in. If we uninstall webroot, it works fine. Please advise how to solve this issue, just renew webroot for another 1 year.

I have used, and trusted, webroot for many years.  That trust is damagedI received an email from a contractor.  I was expecting a quote from him, and the email purported to be a quote.  It contained a button to see the quote.  I did not check the URL the button pointed to.  I believe it was a .mx address which had noting to do with my contractorI clicked the button and it set up remote control for the criminal.  Webroot did not block it or warn me,The criminal managed to steal money from my mutual fund.  After I found I had been hacked I ran a full scan with webroot and got a clean bill of health.Why did webroot not catch this?Thanks 

Hi WSA CommunityWindows 11 Pro 25H2  Build 2600.7019  WSA popup reporting 32 Registry Errors.I start WSA System Optimiser and the Windows shows 4 Registery Entries and after Optimsing Shows 26 Entries. If I relaunch WSA System Optimiser reports 4 entries and 26 Post Optimising.Ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and SFC /Scannow is an elevated Command Prompt no reported issues.Any ideas please ?Thank you SXR6

A new Macbook Air, M3 CPU. Sequoia 15.5.I downloaded  the Endpoint Protection Agent from Management Console. Run installation. Finished with information: Next Steps:The Webroot SecureAnywhere® application will launch automatically after you close this window. You will be guided through a few additional steps to finish activating your product. But Webroot is never coming up. Even I tried to run it manually, no success. Don’t have any warning, for example, that I need to allow an downloading app either. Any idea why? And how to continue the installation steps?Thanks.

Just wondering… Apple releases macOS Tahoe now. Have Webroot developer tested with beta versions? Is Webroot agent still working fine with each new OS version? Or should we wait until Webroot announces supporting to the new OS version?

I was looking at my Google Account activity and noticed a listing for a Samsung S22 Phone and I have never owned a Samsung S22, in the middle of last month.I have had 2FA setup for ages and my Google Account has nothing to do with my Banking.Have scanned my Windows 11 PC with Webroot Secure Anywhere and Windows Malicious Removal Tool. I scanned Pixel Phone and Tablet with Webroot Mobile Security. I used full scans on all devices and nothing is being detected.I have changed my Banking Password and my Gmail Password.I don't have my Banking Password saved in my browser passwords.I tried tracing the device via google and it could not be found.The message on Google is "This session was used only briefly, and not recently. It’s already ended and has no access to your account."Any thoughts please?Thank you SXR6

Good afternoon, My customer Vonburg TV is using webroot for antivirus. Now he has seen the picture beneath on one of his desktops. that Webroot issues a warning indicating that vonburgtv.nl might contain potentially unsafe content." Is it possible  that Webroot remove Vonburgtv.nl from its blacklist?Regards,Ger van de kolk

I am seeing an number of hits from different client of the Win.Trojan.Coffeeloader malware of the last couple of days.  Has anyone else seen this one.  I have done reading on this but doesn’t seem to be any real data on how to  properly check that these hits are legit and not false postives.  They seem to find the issue in ARMOURYAIOSDK.DLL from Asus Armoury Crate.  I have check the first system with additional malware checkers and found nothing.  Webroot has been quarantining the file but trying to get a second opinion from other checkers.  Anyone else seeing this?

Is there a supported method for mass updating the keycode on many PCs on a domain via GPO or otherwise?

Hi there,We’ve been exploring some of the newer features with Webroot and I am curious if the Isolate function can be triggered automatically by the endpoint agent.The documentation seems to indicate that it is only a manual process, but that seems ineffective. By the time we have someone in the portal clicking the isolate button, it’s probably too late to do much good.Thanks for your help!Matt

When Win11 is offline with Webroot fully installed and updated, how much less powerful is it? Webroot is a thin AV client that needs constant internet access when it finds a virus, to scan and be told what to do next. All modern AVs are affected by being offline, and are less powerful, but Webroot is more affected. How much more affected is it? Is it almost worthless when it is offline?

Hello CommunityCurrently testing Webroot endpoint for to my company, so we have a list of servers without internet access I would like to know if is possible to have a local repository, The idea is that these servers will update and communicate with the new one through this local repository. Is this possible or all servers must have internet access?Best Regards

Just wanted to confirm: Webroot Endpoint Protection only runs on Windows or Mac. There is no business product for mobile devices: phones and tablets? If I want to use Webroot, will I need to purchase separate Webroot Mobile Security home-user licenses for each device?

Hello Team, What does the reason why the status of the agent command is failed. I tried to uninstall Webroot on a device. After 22 hours I checked the command log and it says failed. The device is checking in fine on the console. Any reason why it fails?

Hi Webroot Team, Newbie here. Can we audit device per sites if Web Threat Shield extension for Browser is enabled or disabled? Also, if the Web Threat Shield extension is disabled from a device with Webroot client program, does it mean that if the User accessed a malicious site, Webroot would not block it? Thank you.

I have a Mac which has Webroot installed a while back. Now suddenly it seems not to be activated. When I copied keycode manually to Webroot, nothing happens, it's just coming back to the same screen, informing:subscription information not available.Machine information:- Mac OS Catalina- Webroot 9.1.0.144I tried to install the latest version, but the installation is not completed, I guess because Catalina is not supported by the newest version. The program is not activated, so cannot upgrade Webroot on this computer to a newer version.Any idea to fix this?Thank you.
