When do clients leave the Deactivation group?

Hi,
 
When a client is deactivated they automatically land in the Deactivated group.  Is there a way to get these clients out of this group?  Will they ever automatically be removed?

    Hi,
     
    I believe there is a filter option to not show them, but for all intents and purposes they are there.
