Kaseya Connect 2026 brought together MSPs, vendors, security professionals, and IT leaders for several days of discussions around where the industry is heading next. And one theme was impossible to miss: operational efficiency driven by AI and automation (can you believe it?)
Across keynotes, breakout sessions, and hallway conversations, the focus remained centered on helping MSPs manage growing complexity while maintaining strong security outcomes for customers. Topics ranged from AI-assisted operations and workflow automation to reducing alert fatigue, improving technician efficiency, and consolidating sprawling security and IT management stacks.
Another major theme throughout the event was the continued evolution of MDR, SIEM, and integrated security operations platforms as providers look to simplify visibility and response across increasingly complex environments.
For OpenText Cybersecurity, it was great connecting directly with partners and MSPs throughout the event and hearing firsthand about the challenges they’re facing in today’s threat landscape. Conversations around layered security, operational flexibility, and practical security outcomes continue to resonate strongly across the channel.
During the event, over very own Jason Myers also participated in a rapid-fire 60-second showcase session highlighting OpenText Cybersecurity solutions and security strategy for MSPs. The fast-paced format drew strong engagement and created several great follow-up conversations throughout the conference.
