I have version 9.0.1.31.  How do I update?  Cannot scan or change any settings.  Webroot wants access to my IMac and I refusr.  I was hijacked by PCMatic doing the same thing and won't risk that again.  Would really appreciate some help.  My email address is:(Edited out for security reasons)  Thanks, Ginny

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

 

Would you want to try an uninstall/reinstall of Webroot?

 

Usually you can update Webroot from the Webroot menu bar. Right click and check for updates.

 

But if this isn't working for you and Webroot is not scanning then you can always

 Submit a Support Ticket they will look into your issue free of charge with a Webroot subscription.

 

If you decide that you want to uninstall/reinstall Webroot then I can give you instructions to do so.
