It's now 1-29-18 and mine still says 9.0.18.44 do I need to worry about this or just keep waiting ??

Thanks so much, I now feel somewhat safe again as That link worked, Mine updated and Microsoft's Meltdown-Spectre fixes (KB 4056892) updated right after I restarted and all seems to be working fine so far. I now show version 9.0.19.43 Thanks again
