if yes , webroot make first AV with windows 8 in Security Industry .
Yes, in fact Webroot is already listed as officially compatible with Windows 8.  There is also a press release regarding this subject.  We are very excited to be able to offer one of the first computer security products that is officially compatible with Windows 8! 🙂
