I think it's either in Firefox or flash player as webroot has pointed out both at one time or another. A while back my firewall probably blocked flash from updating. How do you make it update?

I'm noticing that after i keep my lap top on for more than 1 day, my ram usage with nothing open goes from about 2 gigs of ram to 9 gigs just being on doing nothing (windows 10 64 bit).     The only thing i can find that might be causing it is in virtual memory the no paging file needs to be set, is anyone else having this high ram usage issue? Does anyone have a resolution for this or wait for the next update?

As the title of the topic says, webroot won’t whitelist my website despite the fact that it is clean and secured.Two months ago my website suffered from the dreadful (0-day) - Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Upload of kaswara plugin, just like few thousands of other websites . Basically there was nothing i could do but to uninstall the plugin and rebuild my website . Now the website is clean and running flawlessly since two months. Even google blocked me, but they immediately unblock me after the updates, Yesterday i have sent emails to tha last 5 antivirus or antimalware companies that blocked my website and most they immediately reacted and whitelisted my website, after testing the site, ofcourse. Except for webroot. All i get from them is an automatic answer from a robot i guess. I have 3 times submitted the false positive request and every damn time i got the same exact answer ( copy, paste ).  I want answers! I have worked hard to get my website clean and get back

 Windows 10 desktopA few days ago the Webroot icon disappeared from the system tray.  I am unable to get access to the Webroot control panel. Running Webroot from the program list or directly from WRSA.exe does nothing.  I cannot remove Webroot from the Windows program  control panel or the command prompt, and also not in safe mode.  I cannot even delete WRSA.exe.  All the above operations say I need administrator privilege, which I have.In the win security panel under “manage providers” it says Webroot is turned off,  There is a button to turn it on but that brings a Webroot popup asking if I “want to make changes to the computer”.  I answer “yes” but the panel still shows Webroot as being off.    I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and still no response.  I understand the difficult circumstances but computer security is a significant issue these days and the lack of any response and the lack of protection is worrying.  How long should I wait before going to

I have Webroot for a few years and now all of a sudden I can’t delete any files from a memory card.  The only choice for deletion is through Webroot when I right click.  It asks me if I want to “permanently erase with Webroot”.  When I choose “yes” nothing happens….

Hi AllI’m not sure  what’s wrong with Webroot,   before last month, I was able to use right-click to scan a specific file , but recently I wasn’t able to do this. I have checked my Advanced settings →  Scan settings→ tick the check box on  “Enable right-click scanning in Windows explorer”And that these settings are saved, but I still cannot do a right click scan on a file?Has anyone here encounter this issue,  I have several other pcs all behaving this way, cannot do right click scan of  any file. Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.  

Why is it that I can't log into My Account Web Root from the Icon on my toolbar? It will not accept my password. The only method I can use to sign in is by sifting through my Webroot auto generated emails to find the "click on the Webroot confirmation link to activate my account" and if it were true that my account was activated I should be able to log in without this email link. I should be able to click on the Webroot icon and go to my account and log in. It should accept my password. It has been 5 days since I had Webroot installed and I still can't log into my account. This is very annoying. If this issue isn't fixed soon I will take my computer back to the Geek Squad and tell them I want a user friendly security system that actually answers questions without using auto generated emails that don't resolve the problem.

The new iPhone 11 of my husband is locked because of many attempts to type the wrong passcode by my little son some time ago. We know when the iPhone is locked, connecting to iTunes to restore it can solve the problem. But iTunes can not detect the iPhone 11. We have tried connecting to iTunes many times but get the same. So, my husband googled an unlocking tool on the Internet. Nicely, there is a great promotion for such a tool called Joyoshare iPasscode Unlocker. Hence, we downloaded and installed it to help us. Indeed, it successfully unlocked the iPhone within 3 minutes. But all data is wiped. Any solutions to recover all wiped data? Edit: removed Link ~ PTD

  If you want to check whether your Webroot defences are working properly, AMTSO has a series of tests you can perform. I am trying to log into my account to add WebRoot to a new PC.  I login and then am redirected to a couple of pages [very fast - can’t make them out] until I get to a page that says I have been logged out.  At this point it redirects to the login page again.  Surprise!  Absolutely no weekend phone support…  So i try the other option BUT guess what?  I try and create a ticket OR contact Tech Support [presumably an email] and I am automatically redirected to a login page.  [Guess that is a good way to keep the support calls to a minimum!] Any idea on how I can get a hold of someone that can help me??   [Tried this on three different browsers - IE, Chrome and Brave.]
