Can't uninstall Webroot SecureAnywhere on Windows 10!

First: How we have Webroot. We had a service provide Optimum Networking install it. They have the console to monitor virus protection. Ask them to remove they said 5 did not unistall but our tracking systemDesktop central has over 80 installed and the different versions. It also tells me the root directory installed and all but one is in the program files (x86) Using “C:\Program Files (x86)\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall I have attempted Three pc’s so far and no successes and all acted this same way. Have no physical access to the pc as we are all at home but can remote with admin rights. Tried even with a admin cmd line console. Very difficult to enter safe mode. Windows? IE only Temp Files

The system analyzer always indicates "A large # of Temporary Files have been found in Windows/IE only (3945 MB)". Would this have any effect on my PC performance? If it does, what happens if I deleted them and how do I delete them - without having to read MS help for the next 2 hours?

How can I turn off Webroot temporarily?

I wish to recover a recently saved Powerpoint file but was blocked. The help alert suggests to turn off antivirus program and try again.

I was trying to install Webroot on Client PC and I couldn’t install because of an error which says: So i tried this solution from command promt: - run CMD to access the command Prompt (if you started the PC from a Windows DVD/USB than press Shift+F10 to access the Command Prompt) - type bcdedit - copy the identifier code of damaged Windows - bcdedit -set {identifier code} nointegritychecks 1 - restart PC But still without success. A couple of days ago and every day since I checked my Windows 10 Network and observed some strange devices that showed up on it. My PC is Ethernet-connected only; I am using a TP Link Archer C7 wireless router.   After much research, I found people have been complaining about this (Windows 8, too) since 2013 and as recently as December 2016.   The number of threads is huge, including from MS itself, and I don't believe any of the reasons for this stuff happening or most of the suggested solutions.   Most suggestions are that machines are picking up nearby devices or drive-by's. I don't believe that explanation because most of the specific device names are the same in many cases with people spread out all over the USA and beyond. MBP, mid '09 I think, El Capitan just installed a few days ago. When WRSA - ISC begin a scan, it gives me a "Component Installation Failed" or something to that effect (it fades out quickly). It tells me to contact Help if continues. It does continue. I checked for failed update by forcing an update check: it assures me that I have the latest app. Webroot is on the accept list, on the Mac system Firewall. Ideas?
